The Jaros Analytics Process Manufacturing Module for Oracle® E-Business Suite provides detailed reporting in real-time for recipe based manufacturers.

It provides reporting areas which:

  1. Integrates OPM with the organizational model within Oracle E-Business Suite. It relates Oracle’s organization (operating unit) to OPM’s company, organization and warehouse.
  2. Integrates OPM with Oracle E-Business Suite inventory items by inventory organization.
  3. Provides information on lot details including item and item description, lot creation date, lot expiration date, lot status and lot grade.
  4. Provides capabilities with OPM on-hand inventories such as organization, company, warehouse, item, lot, sub-lot, location, lot status, units of measure (1 and 2) and on-hand inventories in UOM 1 and 2. Track ingredients, products and by-products.
  5. Inventory aging with ability to “snapshot” inventory at specific periods and thus allow you to trend aged inventory over time and track improvements to inventory management. Allows reporting aged inventory by lot and sub-lot as well as many other ways. Track ingredients, products and by-products.
  6. Detailed information on inventory material transactions and Inventory Movement. Tracks production batch, sales order, receiving and material transfer transactions.
  7. OPM recipes, formulas and routing reporting including ingredients, products and by products including validity rules that drive recipe use.
  8. OPM batches and relationships to lots and sub lots.
  9. OPM sales orders and shipment details.
  10. OPM lot actual costing.
  11. Standard costing.
  12. OPM sub-ledger details and ability to drill from general ledger to sub-ledger.
  13. OPM costing of orders and invoices. Understand COGS at the sales order line/invoice line level. Support discrete and process manufacturing costing methods including standard frozen costing, lot costing and OPM standard costing.
  14. Integration with advanced planning, purchasing, orders, shipping, receiving and financials of Oracle E-Business Suite.
  15. E-Business Suite 11.5 and 12 support – single data model which protects your investment in reporting.
  16. Pre-built reports.

When you upgrade from 11i to 12, you will have confidence that all reports will continue to run as is. The Jaros data model remains constant. Sure, we will continue to upgrade the solution and add to it, but what is there will be preserved so that reports continue to run. We build the solution to allow you to drill from one area to another. For example, drill from OPM sales orders to lot details to inventory details for a particular item for a particular order.
